Entirely Education

As the 09/10 academic year commences, President Barack Obama and Education Secretary Arne Duncan, have been tirelessly devising ways to make American higher education remain very lucrative and competitive in the 21st century economy – perhaps due to the fact that in the past 10 years the US has dropped from the first position to the 10th among nations producing graduates.
