N.J. to ban bonus pay for educators’ ‘diploma mill’ degrees (Courier-Post)

New Jersey’s Education Department says it will come up with rules to stop school administrators from getting extra pay after obtaining graduate degrees from so-called “diploma mills,” state Education Commissioner Lucille Davy said Wednesday.
